Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 68bet platform — including but not limited to sports betting markets, live casino tables, slot games, crash games, Plinko, Cannon Fishing, and all associated promotional features — you ("the Player", "you", "your") enter into a legally binding agreement with 68bet ("68bet", "we", "us", "our"). This agreement is governed by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms & Conditions apply to every interaction you have with the 68bet platform, regardless of the device or method of access used. This includes access via desktop browsers, mobile browsers on Android or iOS, and any future native applications that 68bet may release. The terms are effective from the moment you complete the 68bet account registration process and remain in effect for the lifetime of your account, including any dormancy period and through to final account closure.

Your continued use of 68bet constitutes ongoing acceptance of these terms. If at any point you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions, or any portion of them, you must immediately cease use of the platform and contact our support team to close your account. 68bet does not permit use of its platform under conditional or partial acceptance of these terms.

These Terms & Conditions should be read alongside the 68bet Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 68bet. In the event of any inconsistency between these documents, these Terms & Conditions shall take precedence unless expressly stated otherwise.

All services are provided in good faith and in accordance with the principles of fair play, responsible gaming, and transparent operator conduct. Registration Requirements

If 68bet detects duplicate accounts linked to the same player, all associated accounts will be suspended pending investigation. Balances in duplicate accounts may be forfeited, and bonuses claimed across multiple accounts will be cancelled in full.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 68bet login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person or allow any third party to access your account. Account Dormancy

An account is considered dormant if it has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. Deposit Processing

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and must be wagered the required number of times before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• The standard wagering requirement for welcome bonuses is 20x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated in the specific offer terms.
• Bonus funds may only be used on games that contribute to the wagering requirement. Contribution percentages vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino table games may contribute between 10% and 50%. Specific percentages are listed in the bonus offer details.

Game-specific rules are accessible within each game or betting market on the platform. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the more specific rule shall apply.

Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on 68bet — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, bilateral series), football, kabaddi, and other sports — are governed by the specific market rules displayed alongside each market. 68bet reserves the right to suspend any market before or during an event, to void bets where an event is cancelled or abandoned without sufficient play, and to correct palpable errors in odds. Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. A bet is only valid once a bet confirmation message has been issued by the platform.

Live In-Play Betting

Live in-play betting markets are offered on selected sporting events. Due to the real-time nature of in-play betting, there may be a brief delay between a visible event occurring and the market being suspended. 68bet reserves the right to void bets placed after the outcome of the relevant in-play event has been determined, regardless of whether the market was technically open at the time of bet placement. This clause applies particularly to cricket in-play markets such as next-ball and next-over outcomes.

Casino Games

All casino game outcomes on 68bet — including slots from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Habanero, and live casino games from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi — are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. 68bet does not manipulate game outcomes. In the event of a game malfunction, all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned. Game malfunction voids all pays and plays.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by game and market. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate. This list is non-exhaustive; 68bet reserves the right to determine that conduct not explicitly listed below is nonetheless prohibited if it is detrimental to the integrity of the platform or other players.

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, falsifying identity documents, misrepresenting your age, or impersonating another person during registration or any subsequent interaction with 68bet.
• Multiple accounts: Registering more than one 68bet account, whether directly or through a third party, for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.

Account Suspension & Closure

68bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that a breach of these Terms & Conditions has occurred or is likely to occur. Account suspension or closure may also be initiated at the player's own request, including as part of the responsible gaming self-exclusion process.

Suspension by 68bet

An account may be suspended temporarily while 68bet investigates a suspected breach of these Terms, a disputed transaction, a compliance concern, or a verification failure. During suspension, the player's ability to deposit, withdraw, bet, and play will be restricted. 68bet will endeavour to complete investigations within 10 business days and will communicate the outcome to the player's registered email address.

Closure by 68bet

Permanent account closure by 68bet may be imposed where a material breach of these Terms is confirmed, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, exploitation of errors, or use of multiple accounts. Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach, 68bet reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance, including both real-money funds and any bonus balances. Players have the right to appeal a closure decision by contacting support in writing within 30 days of receiving the closure notification.

Voluntary Closure and Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to voluntarily close their 68bet account — whether for personal reasons or as a responsible gaming measure — may do so by contacting customer support. If a voluntary closure is requested while a balance remains in the account, 68bet will process a withdrawal of the balance to the player's verified payment method within 5 business days, provided all wagering requirements on any active bonuses have been met. Players who opt for self-exclusion will have their accounts locked immediately and may not re-register during the exclusion period.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 68bet platform — including but not limited to the 68bet name and logo, website design, layout, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and all other intellectual property — is owned by or licensed to 68bet. These assets are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 68bet platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes, in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, display, transmit, publish, or create derivative works from any 68bet content without prior written authorisation from 68bet.

Amendments to These Terms

Amendments may be made to reflect changes in our services, changes in applicable laws or regulations, feedback from players, or improvements to our platform policies. The effective date displayed at the top of this page will be updated whenever material changes are made.

Where a change to these Terms is material — meaning it significantly alters a player's rights or obligations — 68bet will provide notice of the change via a platform notification or an email to the player's registered email address at least 7 days before the change takes effect. Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications of existing provisions) may be made without prior notice.

Your continued use of the 68bet platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. Players who close their accounts before the effective date of an amendment will not be bound by the amended terms.

Governing Law & Disputes

Dispute Resolution Process

Final Resolution

68bet's senior management decision on any escalated dispute shall be considered final and binding for the purposes of the platform relationship. Players who remain dissatisfied after exhausting the internal dispute resolution process retain the right to seek independent legal advice. 68bet does not waive any legal rights or defences it may have by engaging in the internal dispute resolution process.

Language of Proceedings

All dispute communications, submissions, and decisions shall be conducted in English. 68bet is not able to process dispute submissions in other languages. Players who require translation assistance are responsible for obtaining their own translation services. The English-language version of these Terms & Conditions shall prevail in all dispute proceedings.

These Terms & Conditions represent the entire agreement between you and 68bet with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings — whether written or oral — relating to the same subject matter. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to apply in full.
